Q2 of 2026 held some really good reads! Into the Blue might be my favorite of the year so far! I loved Whistler because Ann Patchett is a brilliant writer, and Carrie Soto is Back made me a devoted tennis fan while reading it! Fresh flowers every day = my favorite time of year! It’s raining out our pool plans today, so I thought I’d throw together a little patriotic craft! You could do this with fabric or paper and kids would love it! Remembering those who have sacrificed everything for our freedom this weekend. A $5 thrifted frame, some hot glue, and fabric with a lovely print=the coziest way to display your family photo! Thankful for all the little moments. I’ve been designing photo books since I was crying over Algebra. I grabbed my old junior high scrapbooks last time I got to visit my parents, and has been so fun to look through them again. Out of 18 books, 12 were 4 or 5 star reads for me-that’s starting the year off right! Game changer for packing for our trip a few weeks ago!
